IMG_0113 copy Jaret hails from 3 generations of Carnie Concession Stand Gypsies.   He spent his summers living in family tents, following the carnival and concert circuits across Canada serving subs, fish-on-a-bun and fries to the ravenous masses.

Jaret began performing on stage at the age of 5, and at 13 he discovered his passion for art through painting and acting at the Claude Watson School of the Arts.  He went on to receive the Hume Cronyn Scholarship Award at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Jaret soon found success as both an actor and a visual artist, earning an Ovation Award for his role in the West coast premiere of Tracey Letts’
Killer Joe, and garnering several awards for his set designs for theatre, film and commercials.
Directing became a natural evolution for his aesthetic, which has been as equally well received.  Jaret has won 4 Telly Awards, 3 Communicator Awards and an International Summit Award for his commercial directing.
His short films
Tonight Only and Precious have received numerous film festival recognitions.  Currently, he is in production on two feature length documentaries American: Made in India and My Brother Larry, as well as the conspiracy web-series The Beta Test, in which he both directs and acts.
Jaret can also be seen in the feature film
Justify, and as the star in the comedy film Thunder Chance.
